How long do I need to come for lessons?
Most people benefit from around 20 regular lessons and to begin with it is beneficial to come for a minimum of two lessons a week for a couple of weeks in order to really make use of the new skills you will learn in all aspects of your life. However we are all individual and everyone’s needs vary so the lessons can be flexible according to your needs.
This may seem like a big commitment. It is a big commitment to make changes to your life, but once you have learnt to use the skills in your life you will be able to use them for the rest of your life.
After a period of lessons I will encourage you to stop in order to make use of the skills you have learned on your own. You can then come back to lessons as you feel you need them.
Can I have lessons in my own home?
Yes. Please call to arrange
Are group lessons available?
Yes. Many people benefit from group lessons so if you are interested in sharing a lesson with a friend or two or want to find out about small group lessons please give me a call.
